Opus Lounge Dubai

Welcome to Opus Lounge Dubai, where nightlife meets elegance. To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, the following Terms and Conditions apply to everyone entering or using our venue and services.

1. Entry Policy

  • Age Restriction: Entry is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. A valid original government-issued photo ID (Emirates ID, Passport, or UAE Driving License) is required for verification.

  • Dress Code: Smart, fashionable attire is mandatory. Sportswear, flip-flops, and caps are not permitted. Entry is at the discretion of our door management.

  • Right of Admission Reserved: Opus Lounge Dubai reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any guest at any time, without the need to provide a reason.

2. Table Reservations & Bookings

  • Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and special event nights.

  • A minimum spend may apply for certain table bookings and VIP areas.

  • Reserved tables will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time unless prior notice is given.

3. Conduct & Safety

  • Any form of aggressive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate removal from the premises.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Anyone found in possession will be reported to the authorities.

  • Guests are expected to treat staff and fellow patrons with respect at all times.

4. Photography & Media

  • Personal photography and mobile video recordings are allowed unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

  • Professional cameras or videography require prior written approval.

  • By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

5. Liability

  • Opus Lounge Dubai is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

  • Guests enter and use the premises at their own risk. Management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or health issues arising from the use of the venue.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments for table bookings or entry fees are non-refundable unless an event is officially canceled by management.

  • Service charges may apply for certain services or bookings

7. Event Changes

  • Management reserves the right to change or cancel events, performers, or DJs without prior notice.

  • Promotional offers and guest lists may be altered or revoked at any time.

8. Compliance with Local Laws

  • All guests must adhere to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any violation may result in removal from the venue and reporting to relevant authorities.
